Private Yoga & Pilates Session
Yoga and Pilates are known to help build strength, increase
flexibility, and reduce stress. Meet with a certified yoga
instructor who will develop your sessions specific to your
goals and needs. (Members only; additional fees apply).
GRAVITYPilates
GRAVITYPilates® is a blend of the traditional Pilates reformer
exercises, as well as mat Pilates exercises, that are done on
the GRAVITY system. Meet with a certified Pilates and
GRAVITYPilates® instructor who will design a unique program
for you to strengthen your core, increase flexibility, improve
balance and posture, and create a more streamlined shape. See fees and appointment information below.

P.L.L.U.S.
Parkinsonians Learning Lifelong Useful Skills
Maximize flexibility, posture and functional mobility in
participants with Parkinson’s Disease. A combination of warmup
exercises and joint flexibility movements, cardiovascular
segment and light strength training for the upper and lower
body. Caregivers are welcome.
