GRAVITYPilates

GRAVITYPilates® is a blend of the traditional Pilates reformer exercises, as well as mat Pilates exercises, that are done on the GRAVITY system. Meet with a certified Pilates and GRAVITYPilates® instructor who will design a unique program for you to strengthen your core, increase flexibility, improve balance and posture, and create a more streamlined shape. Parkinsonians Learning Lifelong Useful Skills

Maximize flexibility, posture and functional mobility in
participants with Parkinson’s Disease. A combination of warmup exercises and joint flexibility movements, cardiovascular segment and light strength training for the upper and lower body. Caregivers are welcome.

TAEKWON-DO (Ages 13+)

Taekwon-Do, literally. means the “way of the hand and foot.” You will learn many different hand and kicking techniques.
We stress technique. You will become much more flexible and fit. We teach self-defense techniques which are defenses and escapes to different types of offensive moves. You will also learn “forms” which are pre-set number of movements in
response to attacks for imaginary opponents. Each form has a timing and beauty of its own. Details

HIKING CLUB

Come join Alley on hikes at your local hiking spots. These hikes are open to all fitness levels and will focus on increasing
endurance and intensity while getting out and enjoying the great outdoors.
